USE OF SUBSCRIBED SERVICES

Pay promptly any fixed and recurring charges and fees required for the subscribed services, along with any applicable government charges. Healthx4 is not liable for any non-receipt of charges due to any flaws in the payment gateway, internet connection, or postal delays. The validity period for a 1-month (30 days) program is 45 days, the validity period for a 2-month (60 days) program is 75 days, a 3-month (90 days) program is 105 days, and a 6-month (180 days) program is 200 days, with no further extensions granted beyond the program validity under any circumstances.
The diet plans provided to the client by Healthx4 will be sent via email on the given email id by the client. The client has the option to save or print the same. Healthx4 reserves the right to increase charges and fees or to introduce new charges or fees at any time, communicated through a posting on the website or other means as deemed appropriate from time to time (including email or regular mail). The updated/enhanced fees must be paid within 21 days of the date of the above communication, failing which the program will be terminated without prior notice.
For any prize plans announced, the validity dates of the program will be strictly enforced. The final discretion of deciding any form of compensation announced in any offer will rest with Healthx4.
Provide valid, accurate, and complete information as required during the sign-up process ("Subscription Data") for the purposes of your use of the Subscribed Services (information as mentioned above). You will accurately maintain and update the Subscription Data. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, if you provide any information that is false, inaccurate, or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that this is the case, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your user account or subscription and refuse any or all current or future use by you of our website, www.healthx4.in, or any Subscribed Services. You are obligated to check the "Personal Account" feature to determine whether your Subscription Data is accurate and, if not, to correct or update your Subscription Data, including your billing information. If under any provisions applicable personal data consent is required for the use of data processed as mentioned above, then by accepting the terms, you have hereby given your consent to Healthx4 to use the personal data processed by you for profiling, improving services, and providing you with customer support.

RECTIFICATION OR DELETION
