Cancellation Policy
Non-Refundable Services Due to the digital nature of our services, all purchases of subscribed plans (e.g., 10-day program, 3-month program) are generally non-refundable. This includes: Unsatisfaction with the program content or recommendations. Difficulty following the program or achieving desired results. Accidental purchase of the wrong program. Cancellation after the program access has begun. Exceptions We may consider a partial refund in exceptional circumstances, such as: Technical issues: If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing the program content you purchased, we may offer a prorated refund based on the unused portion of the program. Duplicate purchase: If you accidentally purchase the same program twice, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate purchase.
